Cancellations and Refunds:
- All sales are final; no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, no changes can be made to your order.

Address Changes can be made before order is shipped, just email us! 💌

Processing/Shipping:

-Please allow 15 business days(excluding weekends) for your order to process before it gets shipped out. We are a PRE ORDER business.

-When ordering during a sale or holidays there may be a slight delay in processing. Please keep this in mind.
- Once order is done processing it will take 3-4 business days for you to receive it.

Tracking Your Order: 
- Use the USPS website and input your tracking number which was sent by us to your email.

-No Tracking # = Order hasn’t shipped yet.

-Please check SPAM also for tracking #’s.


Other:
- We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local carrier to file a claim.
- Some items with boxes may be damaged due to shipping; we apologize for any inconvenience.
- Once we send a tracking number, there are no updates from us. It's your responsibility to track your order and inform us of any tracking abnormalities. All sales are final.
