Cancellations and Refunds:
- All sales are final; no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If there is a mistake on our end we will REFUND YOU the entire amount.

Processing/Shipping:

-Please allow 1-14 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process. We are a PRE-ORDER business.

-When ordering during a sale or holidays there may be a slight delay in processing. Please keep this in mind.

- Once order is done processing it will take 2-3 business days for you to receive it.

Tracking Your Order: 
- Use the USPS website and input your tracking number which was sent by us to your email.

-No Tracking # = Order hasn’t shipped yet.

-Please check SPAM also for tracking #’s.


Other:
- We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local carrier to file a claim.

- Once we send a tracking number, there are no updates from us. It's your responsibility to track your order and inform us of any tracking abnormalities.
